PALCHEM Wins the EcoVadis Gold Medal: An Accolade That Recognizes Our Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

PALCHEM is proud to announce that it has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, an accolade that recognizes companies with the strongest performance in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

With this award, PALCHEM ranks among the top 5% of companies rated by EcoVadis, a recognition that highlights our ongoing efforts to improve our practices and further integrate environmental, social, and ethical considerations into our business.

 

 

EcoVadis: An International Benchmark for CSR

Founded in 2007, EcoVadis is now one of the leading organizations for assessing companies’ CSR performance. Its methodology evaluates organizations’ practices against internationally recognized criteria and measures their level of maturity in sustainable development.

The assessment is based on four main pillars:

  • Environment: management of environmental impacts, resource consumption, emissions, waste, and initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint;
  • Social & Human Rights: working conditions, health and safety, diversity, skills development, and respect for human rights;
  • Ethics: anti-corruption, responsible business practices, information security, and adherence to ethical principles;
  • Responsible Procurement: consideration of social, environmental, and ethical criteria in supply chain management.

The EcoVadis rating is based, in particular, on the policies implemented, the concrete actions taken, and the results achieved, as well as on the supporting evidence documenting these elements.

For PALCHEM, this Gold Medal represents much more than just an award. It recognizes the collective effort made by all our teams to advance our practices and integrate CSR into our day-to-day operations.
