CSR REPORT 2025

Highlights from PALCHEM’s 2025 CSR Report

The year 2025 marked a significant milestone in PALCHEM’s CSR programme, with concrete measures taken to promote staff wellbeing, responsible performance and environmental protection. The key highlights of this year of commitment were:

PROMOTING SPORT AND COMMUNITY VALUES

True to its values of cohesion, pushing oneself to new heights and solidarity, PALCHEM has stepped up its support for sport by sponsoring several disciplines, notably the Angroise football team, the Wimereux competitive sailing team and the Angroise cycling association. These partnerships help to promote an active lifestyle, team spirit and the wider appeal of meaningful sporting activities.

SAFETY AND PREVENTION: TRAINING TO PROVIDE BETTER PROTECTION

Safety remains a key priority for PALCHEM. All employees have therefore received training in first aid (GQS) and fire prevention through the organisation D’un Seul Geste. These initiatives strengthen the culture of prevention within the company and enable everyone to respond effectively in the event of an emergency.

WORKING TOGETHER FOR BIODIVERSITY

In 2025, PALCHEM launched an innovative initiative to promote biodiversity, directly involving its employees: An internal call for proposals enabled employees to suggest and lead environmental initiatives, including the installation of beehives at our Angres site in 2026 – a powerful symbol of the company’s commitment to protecting ecosystems and pollination.

RECOGNISED CSR PERFORMANCE

The year 2025 was also marked by the renewal of PALCHEM’s EcoVadis certification, recognising the company’s commitments and ongoing progress in the areas of social, environmental and ethical responsibility.

OUR TARGETS FOR 2026

  • Building on this momentum, (company) is looking ahead ambitiously to 2026, focusing on new strategic objectives:
  • Achieving ISO 14001 certification to strengthen environmental management,
  • Renewing EcoVadis certification as part of a commitment to continuous improvement,
